Mr Gorenflos joined KKR in 2001 and was previously Chief Financial Officer of ARAL AG.
KKR is one of the world's largest private equity firms. KKR invests in companies listed on public exchange and takes them private. It ownes or used to own the German companies ATU GmbH, Kion GmbH, Demag Cranes AG and ProSiebenSat1Media AG amongst others.
